At Redwood Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the watch you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box and pack it securely in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Our horology team will inspect the item upon arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
